By implementing the b-op core technology, we have enabled our Digitals with individually defineable ecosystems fully independent of the infrastructure. Through this, b-op has defined new technological standards, but we still use the model of human interaction as our leading design pattern. To push the op idea further, we use the most advanced technology to build and improve our software continously. But this can only support the most important factor of our success – our team!
We have a lot of work to do on all levels of our business and across the globe. As a result, we need to grow further. We are looking for peers, employees, fellow compaigners, co-thinkers and co-creators.There are many jobs for good programmers, project managers and system administrators out there. b-op Switzerland
The initial idea for b-op by our founder, Stefan Seiler, was born 2008 with the creation of a universal and multi purpose data model combined with a technology for a interface-less communication infrastructure. Through many discussions with international contacts the architecture was refined until it had reached a state from which implementation started in 2013. Although the practical implementation started in Switzerland, todays implementation is driven more and more by the b-op teams located in Serbia and Germany.
Today, b-op is still a family-owned company without external capital. It is supported by a german-swiss family of innovators, which have a longstanding record of innovations in medicine.
In our Swiss headquarter, we are now primarily concerned with the diverse future strategies of b-op and are trying to develop the potential of the b-op platform into more and more digital spheres.
We are your primary contact for the development of new data spheres and large-scale strategic projects.
b-op Berlin
Our Berlin experienced product and project managers organize and lead b-op lighthouse projects in an interdisciplinary manner. They are serving companies, which building their businesses based on the b-op idea.
For these customers we are capable of delivering a full service package. It reaches from project planning, agile implementation of software-projects to customer-success-management and operations support. Even the creation of successful marketing strategies has been implemented in the past by our team of digial marketing experts.
Due to the dynamic nature of the b-op idea, innovation and growth are part of our daily routine. We face all exciting challenges with a lot of motivation and team spirit and are closely connected with our Serbian colleagues in Novi Sad. Despite the geographical distance, we feel and act as ONE team with many synergistic skills and wide-ranging experience.
We are looking forward to new enthusiastic peers. English skills are a must in the b-op team, all other language skills (Serbian, SQL, C#, JS or Spanish) are of course always welcome.

b-op Novi Sad
As early as 2012, our Novi Sad office developed parallely to Berlin with a young team consisting of project managers, frontend and backend developers, quality assurance and documentation specialists. We have since then developed a wide range of complex applications based on b-op technology for our international customers in the digital spheres of trading and healthcare. Generally we try to use the latest platform-independent technologies such as .NETCore, React. or b-op ShareSQL in our agile project organisation.
In Novi Sad were are not only working on customer projects, but also work on b-op core technologies. Parts of the b-op core components have been implemented in Novi Sad. We put a lot of effort into making projects for our customers successful. To achieve this we value team spirit and taking joy in new challenges. We complete our tasks with great independence, but also support each other across projects to solve problems in the best possible way.
We are always looking for ambitious talents who think alike. Proactive, motivated and team-oriented peers with an interest in innovation are just right for our team.
In constant exchange and close cooperation with our colleagues in Berlin, we want to further advance b-op and grow as a team with the ever new challenges. With our international b-op setup and many clients from abroad, knowledge of basic English is mandatory in our team. Additional knowledge of German certainly wouldn't hurt either.
